Hiking Holiday in the Tyrolean Mountain

in den begen unterwegs

This littlest town in the Paznaun region is enjoying ever greater popularity. Water has a major role to play in hikes, since you can gaze in wonder at waterfalls, walk along streams or just relax in Outdoor Wellnesspark Medrigalm.

Water

Water has had a big influence on the village of See – even the name comes from the word lake which means “See” in German. Take your family for a hike through the Schaller Klamm gorge to see the stunning waterfalls.

Mountain cabins and alpine lodges

In addition to the many hiking tours on offer, traditional Tyrolean alpine lodges are a great way to have a very typical experience. Traditional dishes from the region are served and the sun terraces provide a superb view. There is of course also an opportunity to spend the night in a mountain cabin so you can start out relaxed on your next hike through the Tyrolean Alps.

Hiking holiday for families

Out and about with children? Then head to Outdoor Wellnesspark Medrigalm. At 1800 metres, try the Kneipp facilities (water treatments with hot and cold water), a foot reflex zone massage path and much more.

Many of the hiking tours are suitable for families with small children. A stop in an alpine lodge is a special experience for small children.
