The Finnish-style sauna is the most traditional one, has been practised for hundreds of years and has remained just as important until the present day – temperatures 90°C/194F
Biosauna im Hotel Enzian
Sanarium-Biosauna
A Sanarium is a sauna with lower temperatures and therefore a softer version of the Finnish-style sauna.
The temperatures are approx. 60°C/140F with a relative humidity of 50%.
