Finnish-style sauna
Sweat it all out ...
The term sauna originates from the Finnish language and means “room made of wood”.
The Finnish-style sauna is the most traditional one, has been practised for hundreds of years and has remained just as important until the present day – temperatures 90°C/194F
Sanarium-Biosauna
A Sanarium is a sauna with lower temperatures and therefore a softer version of the Finnish-style sauna.
The temperatures are approx. 60°C/140F with a relative humidity of 50%.
Fragranced steam room
An especially relaxing fragrant experience in an ambiance with humid heat and fresh herbal essences instead of dry heat in a sauna. Try our fragranced steam room.
Infrared cabin – heat and water revive ...
The basic principle of an infrared cabin is the use of hydrosoft heat and steam which is a gentle way of sweating without putting strain on the cardiovascular system.
The steam is fragranced with essential oils giving relief to the respiratory system.
