• Pets:
  For dogs we charge EUR 15,00 per day (without food, only allowed under supervision)
• Using double rooms as single rooms: 
  EUR 45,- per person/day

Cancellation conditions: 

• from 1 month to 1 week before arrival: 70% of the booked travel price
• in the last week before arrival: 90% of the booked travel price
• on the day of arrival or in case of early departure 100% of the total tour price

It is possible to insure COVID-19 illnesses, like any other unexpected serious illness.
Hotel Cancellation Plus and Premium of Europäische Reiseversicherung covers the following reasons in case of cancellation or interruption of travel:

• Disease of the guest with COVID-19
• Illness of a close relative or a person living in the same household with COVID-19 and the presence of the guest at home is urgently needed
• Fever and suspicion of corona, even if the test result is later negative.
• A positive test result without symptoms
• A close relative in the shared household has fallen ill and the guest must be quarantined.
