- Up to 1 week before your arrival a cancellation is possible free of charge.
- In the event of border closures and travel warnings, cancellation is possible free of charge.
Any deposits made will be credited towards a future holiday. No price commitment in the event of rebooking.
To protect yourself from costs, we recommend hotel cancellation insurance or Corona insurance cover:

- You may cancel free of charge up to 1 month before arrival.
- 1 month to 1 week before arrival: 70% of the total package price
- During the last week before arrival: 90% of the total package price.
