- In the event of border closures and travel warnings, cancellation is possible free of charge.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation conditions:
- from 1 month to 1 week before arrival: 70% of the booked travel price
- in the last week before arrival: 90% of the booked travel price
- on the day of arrival or in case of early departure 100% of the total tour price

It is possible to insure COVID-19 illnesses, like any other unexpected serious illness.
Hotel Cancellation Plus and Premium of Europäische Reiseversicherung covers the following reasons in case of cancellation or interruption of travel:- Disease of the guest with COVID-19
- Illness of a close relative or a person living in the same household with COVID-19 and the presence of the guest at home is urgently needed
- Fever and suspicion of corona, even if the test result is later negative.
- A positive test result without symptoms
- A close relative in the shared household has fallen ill and the guest must be quarantined.
