To secure your reservation, we would politely ask you for a deposit of 40% of the room price. In the event of premature departure or cancellation, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee (EC card accepted (no credit cards)). Otherwise the Austrian hotel regulations apply. We recommend taking out holiday cancellation insurance! The rooms are available from 2 p.m. If you arrive after 6 p.m., please inform us by telephone.
